Mindful Giving User Roles

Portal Manager

Customer admin user on the Mindful Giving site. Can access all campaigns, products, order information, addresses, and email templates as well as Mindful Giving global site settings.

 

Campaign Manager

Can only manage campaigns they have been assigned to. When a campaign manager logs into the Mindful Giving site they will only see the following areas in their sidebar: Dashboard, Campaigns, Amazon Products Search, Inventory, and Orders. In the Campaigns section they will only be able to see campaigns they have been assigned to manage. They cannot create new campaigns. They cannot delete products from inventory.

 

Accounts Manager

This user role is great for any finance team members that only need to access the Mindful Giving site to pull the order report from within the Orders section. They will only see the Dashboard and Orders section while logged in.
